TOUCHDOWN CLUB MEETING

AGENDA

1.      The formation of the “Touchdown Club-TD Club” and the Board Members;

§         The “TD Club” is being formed to raise funds for the CSHM football program. The funds will be used at the discretion of the club.

2.      Current Ideas;

§         JPD –snack bar-bring in and out burger, each JPD participant would need to sell 3 $10.00 tickets to sell for  in and out burger –they would come to the school (100 kids x $30.00 = $3,000 minus in and out expense) CSHM does not charge for JPD or for the use of the field

§          Better fan gear –caps-sweatshirts-beanies-jerseys

§         sponsor banners around the football field

§         program add campaign

§         hire a photographer to sell pictures the day of the game with a percentage coming to CSHM

§         sell DVD’s we film our own games why not sell the DVD to the parents at $10.00 each for the freshman –jv and varsity games-we can make copies here at school

§         bingo

§         turnaround trip to state line

§         alumni letter

§         donation letter – foundations-pro football teams

§         sponsorship letter selling a spot on a poster

§         beer garden *see attached

§         supermarkets/malls

§         power 106 all star basketball game

§         dances at our gym/cafeteria

§         SUGGESTIONS!!!!!SUGGESTIONS!!!!

3.      Selecting a bank for our club-the bank should make a donation as well.
