Clinic In-Depth Information
A BFS Clinic has three basic parts: an instructional section, a motivational section and a hands-on section. Hands-on workshops put everything together. In these workshops Perfect Technique is taught on every lift. BFS Clinics have proven time and time again to give the absolute winner's edge!
Our staff consists of certified teachers, of whom 95 percent are currently employed in high schools. During these clinics you and your athletes will be taught the proven BFS Program that will enable you to unify all sports programs so that athletes make continual progress, year-round.
