Re:      2007 Football Game Management Information

Welcome to Cantwell Sacred Heart of Mary for the 2007 football season, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to call me.

Directions: (to CSHM Kabat Field) Off Highway 60 take the Garfield Ave. exit and go south. The school is 2 miles on your right. Pull into our South parking lot past the school. Turn right on Repetto dr. the first gate to your right .You can drop off your players at that location. We will make room for you to park.

Visitors’ Locker room: The visiting team will dress in our girl’s locker room which is located in our field house

Visitors’ Warm up area: The visiting team will warm-up at the south end (opposite the scoreboard side).

Medical Arrangements:  Each game (Varsity, JV, and Frosh) will have a physician on duty. The ambulance service is also on site or on call. We have a certified athletic trainer on duty as well and ice on our sideline for injuries. Please provide your own medical supplies.

Security: We have parent volunteer security, school administrators and Montebello police officers staffing every home game.

Press Box:  We have a scissor lift that is located behind our home stands which is available for any spotters and filmers if you choose. We do not supply sideline phones for our opponents. You will need to bring your own wireless phones/headsets.

Ticket Sales: Tickets go on sale at 3:30 for every home game. We do not charge admission for any freshmen game. Ticket prices, as established by the Camino Real League are as follows:

Tickets will be sold at the Garfield entrance to the stadium (this is the only entrance).

Passes: We are glad to honor visiting faculty passes (bearer only) so please encourage your faculty to attend. C.I.F. and league passes will also be honored. Please let us know A.S.A.P. if you will have administrators and/or supervision personnel who will be attending. Give us their names so that our gate personnel will know to let them in for free.

Fan Seating: The visitors will sit on the west side stands (see map).

Parking: There is minimal campus parking on the Garfield lot the charge is $3.00. Visiting school administrators may park for free. They just need to identify themselves to the security guard as they enter the lot.

Pep Squad / Cheerleaders: All special groups in uniform will be admitted without charge. They must enter through the Repetto street gate with their advisor.

Misc: Please fax us a numerical roster for all your levels as soon as possible so we can use it for our game program and game announcer.

Visiting teams must provide their own drink coolers, ice, drinks, cups etc.
